Refund and Returns Policy

Disclaimer: All products sold on the Naughty Corner site are adult novelty toys only. These products are in no way intended for medical use and are not clinically tested for such practice. If by any chance discomfort, irritation, or pain occurs, please immediately discontinue use. These products are not advisable to be used on injured, swollen, or inflamed areas so as not to worsen pre-existing conditions. No medical claims are implied or warranted by the use of any products.

Returns: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept any exchanges on any of our products except for wrong items delivered or if the exchange is covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act. To make sure you’re purchasing the correct product, please read the product descriptions and sizing information thoroughly before checking out. In cases when sizes are too big or too small, no exchanges can be done due to negligence if correct sizing is posted on the site.

Cancellation of Orders

You are given the chance to cancel your order even after you have already paid, given that the product hasn’t been shipped yet. You may contact our Customer Service together with your order number so we can process your request as soon as possible. However, please be informed that for each order cancelled, we apply a 25% cancellation fee on the product(s) purchased. The shipping fee will be refunded in full amount if your order hasn’t been shipped yet when cancelled.

Cancellation While Order is Already in Transit

Unfortunately, if your order is already in transit, the cancellation cannot be processed. If you have questions regarding our products or are unsure which to get, feel free to contact our Customer Service and our team will help you answer your queries. We respectfully ask our customers to place orders only when your 100% sure as cancellation can mean lost cost and time on our end. Our Customer Service team is always available to help you in any way before finalizing your purchase.

Return Policy

Naughty Corner accepts returns, however for specific circumstances only. We accept returns covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act or if there is a manufacturing error. Returns with a change of mind reason are not acceptable due to hygienic reasons. Naughty Corner cares about every customer’s health and well-being thus we, under any circumstances, do not sell returned items. All toys, lingeries, or lubricants are disposed of straight away upon return.

Broken or Faulty Product Returns

Unfortunately, manufacturing errors happen from time to time and there may be chances customers get to receive faulty products. If by any chance you believe you received a faulty item, please check the following first before requesting a return:

  • Have you already tried the new batteries? The majority of issues regarding products not working are due to the batteries.
  • Double-check if batteries are placed the right way and not upside down.
  • Is the product drained? Make sure to replace the batteries or recharge first before contacting us.
  • Check if there is a circular tab on top of the batteries. Make sure to remove this tab before using the device. However, if there is a piece of paper or plastic around the body of the batteries, please leave it as it is.
  • Have you tried turning it on and off again?
  • Try pressing the ‘on’ button for 3-5 seconds. It may be on travel lock to prevent accidentally turning it on while in transit.
  • If your product is rechargeable, make sure to fully charge it first before turning it on. Some products require charging first before use.

If after checking, the product is still not working, we’re more than happy to replace it for you. Feel free to contact our Customer Service within 7 days stating the product’s issue. Please include the details as stated below:

  • The invoice number from your product purchase
  • A detailed description of the product’s issue
  • A clear photo or video of the fault

After receiving your request, we will then determine if we need to send you a return courier bag for the item before we arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

In case the item you purchased is not available, we will send you a store credit to be used for purchasing a new item on our site. Note: All returned items are never re-sold but are returned to the manufacturer for fault analysis and replacement. 

Product Warranty

All Naughty Corner products are covered by our warranty policy for 31 days from the date of purchase unless changed by the manufacturer. In this case, the manufacturer’s warranty takes precedence. All warranty covers manufacturing failures, however not for damaged done by the user due to misuse, accident, or general wear and tear. If by any chance, the manufacturer fails to repair your item, we will send you a replacement of the same or similar model. If replacement is not possible, we will give you a full refund in the form of a website credit or promo code which can be used to purchase another Naughty Corner product.
